Last night AVATAR came to play their first show in Adelaide and what a show it was. I didn’t really know what to expect but was pleasantly surprised with the big crowd in attendance that spanned all ages. This band has serious entertainment chops, the whole band go all-in, and the front man, Johannes Eckerström, has incredible abilities, not just in vocals, but the way he handles the crowd. They reside in the palm of his hand. A very entertaining show thrilled the manic Wednesday night crowd at Lion Arts Factory. Once again I was graciously allowed photo access, and you will be able to get some idea of the night from the photos below.
