LEX LEGION burst onto the scene with their debut album. Okay, so you have a new band comprising 80% of a classic KING DIAMOND line-up (without King Diamond himself) and you team them up with a singer from that ‘era’ that knows what he’s doing, and how do you reckon it’s gonna sound? You probably think it’s gong to sound awesome. You would be right, it does sound awesome. Enough similarities, enough differences, if you know what I mean. Songs are great, songs that get stuck in your head, you’ll be humming these long afterwards. The album has plenty to like, and let’s face it, with a pedigree like this, how could it not?
