Located to the rear of the Kensington Gardens sub-branch of the RSL on The Parade, but technically in the suburb of Kensington Park, in Adelaide’s leafy eastern suburbs.The Kensington Gardens Soldiers Memorial is shown in the Kensington Gardens gallery. [wpcloudgallery id=”G-ym”]

Situated in The Gums Reserve on Shakespeare Avenue, the main east-west thoroughfare through the heart of Tranmere, in Adelaide’s eastern suburbs. Passed it a few times before I spotted it. It’s quite well laid out, and, not being on a main road, has that serenity.

Really beautifully done. The monument itself is situated at the intersection of Prescott Terrace and Alexandra Avenue at Rose Park.
