I got along to the Adelaide gig of METAL UNITED DOWN UNDER on April 20th. It was at the London Tavern on North Terrace. I haven’t been there for 35 years I reckon, and I don’t remember seeing a band there. Gotta say it was a good place for a gig. Due to family commitments, I could only see the last 5 bands, but wow, what a time. TERRORENTIAL was the first band on after I got there. They were very entertaining. SONS OF EREBUS were up next and musically punched me right in the spleen. FIRESTORM from Broken Hill were next and played a solid and entertaining set, never a dull moment. DEADSPACE took the pain to a new level, amazing post-apocalyptic Black Metal from Perth. Closing out the night, an album launch gig from WITCHGRINDER, WOW!
