It’s been 3 years between ACCEPT albums, with the recent release of ‘Humanoid’ following up from 2021’s ‘Too Mean To Die’. The album starts off with you wondering if you’ve put on the correct album, but it soon settles in to what you would expect. The songs flow along nicely with the sing-along-while-punching-the-air choruses we’ve come to know and love. You know it’s ACCEPT even if you have just walked into the room and it’s already playing, which I find reassuring. Guitar work is excellent and tastefully executed, with a bit of wah-wah, as you would expect. There’s something here for all fans of Traditional Metal. Get it into ya.
