FROTH AND FURY 4 photos.

Okay, so let’s talk about Froth & Fury Fest, held last weekend at Hart’s Mill at Port Adelaide. After the 2023 event I wrote this
The recent Froth & Fury 3 will go down in history as the pinnacle in locally organised Heavy Music events’.
Well, the organisers, not content with just climbing one mountain, decided to climb the higher mountain behind, and came up with the 2024 event.
Approaching the venue along St. Vincent Street, the 2 main stages came into view and it became very clear that this was NOT going to be anywhere near the same as last year. These were big stages, more along the lines of Soundwave. Serious stuff.
Improvements were made all round. One of the main concerns from last year was the sightlines for the main stage once the crowd built up. No problems this time. This time also there was so much more room to move across the whole site, more room to watch the music and more room to relax if you just needed to chill for a while and catch up with friends. Everything was stepped up. The organisers did a MAMMOTH job.
There were 33 bands, some unique performances, and an Australian exclusive FEAR FACTORY show, what a coup that was. The day was full-on from the get-go.
Once again, I was graciously allowed photo access and the results are condensed in the gallery you see below.
If you really want to dig into the nitty-gritty then follow the link in the second photo and you will see galleries from all the bands I saw. Unfortunately I missed a few, as I can’t be in 2 places at once.
If you didn’t come this year, by now you would’ve heard enough people telling you to come next year.
I can’t wait.
