Saturday night June 21st, ELECTRIC MARY came through Adelaide as part of their final tour. We witnessed one of the best Rock shows I’ve seen in quite a while. SHOTGUN MISTRESS got the night off to a rocking start, as they do. An energetic set as always. Next up, local rockers, EMERGENCY RULE, taking it to the streets, smashing us with tracks from their ‘The King Of Ithaca’ album, classic stuff. Lastly, ELECTRIC MARY blew the place apart. A set of classic songs, performed in a way that reminded me of Chisel in the early, early 80s. (Yes, I saw them then) Last time through Adelaide for ELECTRIC MARY, if you missed it, YOU MISSED IT.
