Polish Black Metal Legends, BEHEMOTH, blasted their way through town on Sunday the 22nd, laying waste to The Gov. A punishing, theatrical show was on display and was lapped up by the Sunday night crowd. __________

  Had a brief chat with Eero from BATTLE BEAST about the new singer Marina and the upcoming tour of Australia before the connection demons stepped in. Long time singer Noora has moved on, but Marina is in now and rehearsals are in full swing for her baptism of fire with a Japanese and Australian tour straight out of the gates. __________

  Two weeks ago now we had the 5th instalment of Froth & Fury Festival here in Adelaide. It was at the Showgrounds this time, which brought about many comparisons to the Big Day Out festivals of the past.  As usual with these sorts of gigs, everybody comes away with a surprise band that they will now check out further. As in the past, I was graciously allowed photo access, and my best efforts through the glare and smoke are show below. Enjoy, and we'll hopefully see you next year. __________  

  Last night I was fortunate enough to see TILL LINDEMANN and his band destroy the Adelaide Entertainment Centre Theatre. You know, I've seen RAMMSTEIN twice, and I thought they pushed boundaries. Well, TILL pushed them a bit further. Hmmm, okay quite a bit further. __________

  2025 has given way to 2026, so that means a list like this mysteriously appears. See what you think. __________

  I had a really cool and relaxed chat with Mille Petrozza from legendary thrashers, KREATOR, about a great many things, including the excellent upcoming album, 'Krushers Of The World'. __________

  What an awesome night last night at The Gov. SEBASTIAN BACH cruised into town to play a cool set including the entire first SKID ROW album, as well as a few off the second and a few classics thrown in. A very entertaining night for the sell-out crowd.  __________

  Last night I was fortunate enough to see Swedish giants OPETH play here in Adelaide as part of their Australian tour. A sold out Hindley St. Music Hall was the place to be. It was a night of OPETH doing OPETH things. Enjoy. __________
